As a Client Representative with Diebold Nixdorf Inc, you will be a centralized, phone-based and web enabled support resource working closely with all Field-Based Sales associates in coverage of accounts. Together with Sales Directors, Client Representatives are responsible for assisting in the completion of the sale of Diebold Nixdorf products and value added services to accounts within an assigned territory or account(s). Client Rep is the "go-to" resource for Sales Directors regarding all day-to-day issues, whether related to systems, processes, or accounts. 



Some essential functions of this position include:

  • Support Sales Directors to accomplish agreed upon sales goals and assure account continuity & customer satisfaction
  • Drive opportunities to closure for low complexity products and services, under the oversight or independently of client account executive
  • Assist Sales Directors and Sales Executives in driving opportunities to closure for higher complexity products and services
  • Route opportunities to Sales Executives, sales agents, resellers, or web, as appropriate
  • Assist accounts in ordering and managing service contracts via extranet portals
  • Assist Sales Directors and Sales Executives in the processing of all product orders to ensure a successful post-sale implementation
  • Ensure all documentation received is compliant with established policies and processes prior to submitting orders.
  • Ensure all related discount thresholds are adhered to and assist with securing additional discounts with Sales leadership as needed
  • Work with Demand Generation Team to identify, screen and qualify prospects and customers
  • Assigned either to a geographic territory or national account based on potential opportunity, account complexity and location
  • Participate on project team to learn new systems in order to be a resource for the Sales Directors and Sales Executive 
  • As a key member within new sales systems, you will be the portal for Sales Directors and Sales Executives to gather information from the new system during the pre-launch stages 

• Bachelor degree preferred
• A desire to pursue a career in sales
• Conceptual understanding of a business-to-business sales transaction
• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Ability to work independently to complete workload responsibilities
• Must be PC proficient with working knowledge of various spreadsheet and presentation programs
