Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Master’s Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field preferred 
  • 7+ years of prior Product Management experience in Financial Services/Fintech Software solutions oriented product environment preferably in a global role. Knowledge of competitive products and targeted financial services industry market areas 
  • A solid understanding of leading edge technologies and best practices around building banking software products. 
  • Working knowledge of fundamentals of banking software such as ATM self-service, digital banking, payments, transaction processing, APIs, analytics, etc. Understands and is able to apply critical thinking, and strategic business and finance experience to help drive business decisions. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills (English) at all levels of the organization – executive & senior management, team members, peers, and partners. 
  • Requires the ability to influence the thinking of and/or gain an understanding from others in sensitive situations while maintaining a constructive dialogue. Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies and track and measure results. 
  • Proven capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, stakeholders, strategic customers and industry influencers. 
  • The individual should be equally effective working with and influencing commercial teams such as marketing, sales leadership, business & corporate development, industry organizations, etc. 
  • Position will require domestic and international travel 
  • Ability to travel 50% 
  • Other duties as assigned or required
