*This is a 100% work remote position*

This role will work with IT Application owners and decision makers to develop and maintain a global Disaster Recovery program for all DN IT systems and applications that meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations. This position will develop an ongoing DR testing cycle and catalogue recovery capabilities for internal partners and customers to ensure the rapid and efficient recovery of data across the enterprise. This position will work closely with the commercial contracts team to align Diebold Nixdorf BCP and DR program posture with customer expectations and contract commitments, as well as to ensure that key business unit, critical business activity and system application owners achieve and maintain regulatory and contractual resilience requirements, expectations and accountability.

Responsibilities: 
• Work collaboratively with IT/GRS to identify and prioritize IT systems, applications and processes requiring enhanced resilience and recovery strategies
• Work collaboratively with IT/GRS to maintain currency of DR Plans and develop an annual DR Testing cycle for ALL global applications
• Review/catalogue DR contractual obligations for all applications
• Ensure DR testing/Exercising cycle is maintained to contractual/regulatory standards 
• Ensure DN Platinum Applications are given priority status for oversight
• Maintain testing and audit evidence for customers
• Produce customer-facing documentation to certify contractual and SLA requirements for DR process 
• Work with IT/GRS on Action Planning/Continuous Improvement
• Maintain and update DR Plans in Catalyst Software System


Requirements: 
• 5 years of experience in a corporate or government setting administering/supporting a comprehensive Disaster Recovery program
• Familiarity with data protection/data recovery best practices and industry standards
• Ability to build cross functional partnerships and work independently
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills
• Experience with developing a formal training and exercise program in accordance with industry best practices and applicable standards
• Strong plan development and plan writing experience
• Experience with Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint
• Travel, including international destinations, may be required
