In the role of Financial Analyst with Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated, your basic responsibilities will be to provide various financial analyses supporting the North American Operations. Overall responsibilities are to ensure financial control, provide monitoring, tracking, planning and reporting of financial forecasts.  This position will also provide monthly/quarterly consolidation of financial metrics, prepare monthly forecasts and support the annual planning process.

In supporting a segment of Diebold Nixdorf North America you will be required monthly, quarterly, or annually to:

· Direct financial support for North America Operations.

· Develops and assist in metrics to measure performance, increase efficiencies and track key initiatives:

· Preparing and understand monthly journal vouchers flowing to your organization.

· Prepare monthly forecast analysis/assistance for revenue, cost of goods sold, & operating expenses.

· Prepare annual plan analysis/assistance for revenue, cost of goods sold, & operating expenses.

· Perform cost management analysis.

· Prepare and maintain various operational reporting packages.

· Prepare and maintain certain levels of compensation reporting/metrics.

· Jointly work with Corporate Accounting to ensure proper accounting methods and controls are in place:

· Communicate regularly with multiple layers of management.

· Perform other ad hoc reporting and analysis.

· Bachelor's degree in Finance required.
· Prefer 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
· Must have sound analytical skills.
· Must have strong communication skills.
· Must have strong personal computer skills.
· Must have interpersonal problem solving skills.
· Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
· Must be able to multiple tasks.
· Must be motivated, and self-directed.
· Working knowledge of Diebold Nixdorf systems (Oracle, and Khalix) is a plus.
