This role will develop and manage a comprehensive training and exercise program for all global response and resilience plans. Position will be responsible for development of a multi-year training and exercise program that will utilize a building-block approach to present both discussion-based and operations-based exercises in accordance with industry best practices and Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) methodology. This role will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to plan, develop and conduct exercises that will enhance response and recovery capabilities and maximize response plan effectiveness across the enterprise. 

• Develop and maintain and multi-year training and exercise plan to include BCPs, Disaster Recovery Plans, Site Emergency Response Plans, Gap Analyses/ Risk Assessments, and Crisis Management Plans
• Develop a suite of training and exercise templates including disaster scenarios, Exercise Plans, Situation Manuals, After-Action Reports, and other associated training materials
• Work cross-functionally to develop an internal Exercise Design Team that will contribute to program development and provide input to exercise scenarios and injects
• Develop a robust Improvement Planning process with assignment of action items and individual accountability
• Track program maturity and response capability levels to ensure continuous improvement

* Note: This position is eligible to be 100% remote, outside of travel 

• 5 years of experience in a corporate or government setting administering/supporting a comprehensive training and exercise program within a resiliency framework
• Ability to assess and develop an ever-maturing program that will increase in complexity and scope as response capabilities grow
• HSEEP certification
• Strong background in developing exercise scenarios and exercise-related documentation and training materials
• Ability to build cross functional partnerships and work independently
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills including meeting facilitation for both small and large audiences
• Familiarity with IT Disaster Recovery programs and tools
• Strong plan development and plan writing experience
• Experience with Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint
• Travel, up to 30% of time, including international destinations, may be required
