You will have a demonstrated competency building a successful, best of class security incident response function. The Manager of Security Incident Response must have strong customer focus, change & innovation mindset, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, and inspirational leadership. 

  • At least one of the following certifications - (GIAC GCIH or CERT CEIH or EC-Council E|CIH) 
  • 10+ years professional experience in the IT industry
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience leading incident response engagements  
  • Experience building and optimizing incident response plans and playbooks  
  • People management or leadership experience  
  • Experience working a Security Operations Center  
  • Understanding of NIST 800-61  
  • Hands on experience working with security technologies (examples IDS/IPS, SIEM, etc) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Ability to effectively communicate to both technical staff and executives 
Highly Desired Skills:  
  • Security Operations Center leadership experience
