  • Work with all the Manager of Project Management , Integrated and  Managed Services Operations teams, other Diebold teams, and vendors to create and maintain up-to-date processes and procedures, ensuring that they meet best business practices
  • Create specifications, processes, and design the delivery based on specific non standard requirements presented by customers
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in consulting project management team associates in support to projects assigned to them
  • Provide overall project review and guidance as to adhering to the objectives of the management team, strategic direction of the organization and follow up of established processes
  • Interface with internal organizations as to the needs and demands of existing project workloads and statuses
  • Develop and maintain expertise on process improvement programs and techniques with the emphasis on an understanding of operational audit procedures to support new and current business models
  • Support the sales teams in preparing proposals for new business opportunities, this includes and is not limited to contracts, statements of work (SOW) and  pricing
  • Assist the sales teams in pre-sales calls when needed
  • Participate in calls/meetings for high priority customer projects and guides project management associates as needed
  • Provide training to project management associates when needed
  • Serve as the operational internal quality process consultant.  Assist in the planning for, implementation of, and compliance to industry best practices and requirements
  • Responsible for and supports high profile project implementations as needed
  • Responsible for the delivery of Managed Services to both Integrated & Managed Services Customers across all time zones
  • Responsible for the Customer satisfaction during the implementation phase
  • Responsible for a seamless transition of the Customer from the Project Management to the Client Services team
  • Facilitate the success of Diebold Integrated & Managed Services engagements by working closely with all levels of associates and teams, and is the focal point for project problem resolution and escalation
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, communicating with customers, customer’s vendors as needed, sales team and the team assigned to the project, reporting project status, tracking product orders, escalating management issues, participating and conducting in customer meetings/conference calls
  • Interface with internal organizations as to the needs and demands of projects assigned

  • Provide support to associates in the Integrated and Managed Services Project Management team.
  • Responsible for providing expertise to management and associates at all levels within the Integrated and Managed Services Operations organization  in order to define, investigate and resolve process issues
  • Responsible for projects related to processes and procedures in a continuous improvement environment
  • Responsible for maintaining documented and updated processes and procedures within the Integrated and Managed Services Operations organization
  • Communicate with Integrated and Managed Services management on the direction, status and critical success factors of all projects and initiatives in Managed Services or which are applicable
  • Deal with adversity and communicate challenging situations in a positive and productive manner, both with peers and with internal organizations
  • Manage varying degrees of priorities and demands both internal and customer driven
  • Serve as the primary leader in facilitating and managing overall operational processes
  • Promote an environment that encourages and enables operational best practices
  • Work with Integrated and Managed Services Operations leaders to maintain process improvement as a highly important goal.  Assist the organization’s management to maintain compliance goals and to identify and implement recognized industry “best practices”
  • Serve as the document coordinator for the operational organizations.  Maintain the organization’s process documentation (quality procedures, work instructions, process templates, process guidelines, etc.)
  • Assist with both internal and external auditing organizations that determine compliance with best practices and areas for improvement with Integrated and Managed Service Operations
  • Provide training, leadership and process direction to new associates
  • Makes recommendations and implements as appropriate - aspects related to the above duties
  • Coordinate joint efforts with service organization
  • Administer the information support structure and documentation for operational process change
  • Work with implementation and technical operations teams to coordinate necessary customer documentation as needed to support critical contractual obligations and facilitate effective communication
  • Other duties as assigned for the successful operation of the organization
  • B.S. or B.A. in a relevant professional field
  • 6-8 years experience in a formal Project Management role
  • PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Knowledge & ability to apply best practices principles in project management environment
  • Highly self-motivated individual with excellent leadership, mentoring, customer relationship, facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to distribute project assignments and control efficient delivery of projects
  • Ability to support the Project Management team  in dealing with complex project and dealing in difficult situations
  • Ability to work in a priority changing environment
  • Experience in high volume transaction processing environments
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Good oral and written communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Team player
Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Visio, Adobe Acrobat
