POSITION SUMMARY 
As a Renewal Sales Representative you will be responsible for the generation of revenue through maintenance and subscription renewals and upselling of additional services. This will be accomplished through the contact and building of relationships with existing customers in order to renew contracts and identify opportunities for up selling through calling campaigns and email communication. This is a customer facing role assigned to a specific territory demanding interaction with multiple levels of leadership within small/mid-size financial institutions, as well as, enterprise and national accounts. Additionally, you are responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes, performing customer research online, and updating/maintaining records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This is an office-based position within our corporate headquarters offices in North Canton, OH. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
Some essential functions of this position include:
• Follow best practices and processes to achieve and exceed your annual quota through renewal sales and identifying potential upsell opportunities to maximize growth 
• Own a territory and build relationships with customers 
• Engage customers in a value discussion surrounding their maintenance renewal to secure business through email and calling campaigns 
• Prioritize weekly and monthly renewal activities to maximize quarterly renewal revenue 
• Conduct outbound customer calls to make customers aware of their upcoming renewal and renewal options 
• Respond to customer calls and emails promptly related to renewal 
• Create and provide customer proposals and supply any related documentation and/or brochures supporting the customer proposed solution to ensure renewals are closed timely 
• Utilize Salesforce to properly document, report and forecast current and future renewal opportunities. 
• Collaborate with your sales team and provide forecasts for your manager 
• Work closely with business partners to develop a positive working relationship and maintain up-to-date information on renewals processes, campaigns and changes to technology. 
• Assist in executing campaigns targeted to existing customers 
• Manage and track the entire maintenance renewal process, coordinating and communicating customer renewal intentions with Sales, Finance and members of the Global Business Services organization 
• Assist in other sales and marketing tasks as needed


SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
• A strong work ethic and ability to manage a high volume of outgoing customer calls
• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of flexibility in a team setting 
• Customer focused with a passion for exceptional customer service 
• Able to thrive in a fast paced inside sales/customer service environment 
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Able to track information accurately and have a strong attention to detail 
• Able to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times 
• Exposure to CRM systems and previous outbound, inside sales/customer service experience a plus 
• Highly motivated, well-organized, flexible, and results oriented
• Proven ability to assess, manage and operate effectively given multiple priorities in a mission-critical environment
• Excellent mathematical skills with emphasis in accounting or financial math 
• Strong organizational skills, including detailed record-keeping, excellent and independent follow-through, and a high degree of accuracy
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
• Proficient with technology, Microsoft Office; prefer Outlook and Excel 
• Able to learn new systems quickly
