As a Sr. Product Manager for Payments, you will help set and execute on our strategy to enable payments and payment settling for our customers. You will help to build a more robust platform for payments orchestration, validation and processing, and you will work closely with other product teams, sales, marketing, professional services and engineering.

Location: REMOTE


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and accountability over the entire lifecycle of product management for our payments platform, from strategy to portfolio management to GTM to post-launch operations and monitoring

  • Define the vision and the customer need - own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals and documentation; including being able to write product requirements for the product development team to address functional and non-functional capabilities

  • Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis and business metrics to inform direction

  • Own the one-to-two year vision for the payments product portfolio, including making decisions regarding where we prioritize our efforts

  • Ensure implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements; makes necessary adjustments

  • Develop Go To Market (GTM) plan and deliver results that ensure the customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans

  • Leverage data analysis skills to research difficult or ambiguous problems, leading cross-disciplinary teams where necessary and communicating recommendations to senior leadership


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of work experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager or relevant experience BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience required, MBA preferred 
  •  Knowledge of core banking system API integration a plus Knowledge of electronic payments acquisition, host processing systems and payments regulatory requirements
  • Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies and practices preferred Knowledge of creating payments Epics, User Stories and being a subject matter experts in Payments ecosystem
  • Successful candidate will be a tireless advocate of the needs of our customer - both our creators and payers 
  • Must have an excellent product/design sense, and you can take complex problems and craft simple experiences 
  • Understand when and how to leverage SME experts and run product proof of concepts 
  • Detail oriented and strive for operational excellence 
  • Ability to translate your product ideas into expected business impact and results Must have demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects through launch while handling an incredible number of moving pieces 
  • Experience working on a global solution with familiarity with cloud, on-premise and SaaS deployment models, APIs, multi-channel, multi-country requirements and an E2E understanding of payments processing
